Return or Exchange a Product

Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product and have us send another one instead (change of size, color, or simply a different product), you must contact us within 14 days of your order via the website chat, Viber, or by email at lotsalert@gmail.com, and then send the following at your own expense by courier:

• The product in intact commercial condition
  (labels must not be removed, packaging must be complete and undamaged, and the product must not have been used)
• The document received with your shipment
  (if you have lost the receipt / courier note or delivery slip, you may include a note in the package with your phone number and your order number—this is included in the confirmation email we send)

After notifying us of your exchange request and clarifying the details of the exchange, please send the above items to the following processing address:

Please note that all exchange-related shipping costs in both directions are entirely at the customer’s expense. Once our team inspects the returned items, we will send the agreed replacement product.

Product Return

Within 14 days after an online purchase, you have the right to return the ordered products and receive a refund via bank transfer. To do so, you must contact us via the website chat, Viber, or email at lotsalert@gmail.com to notify us of your wish to return a product and receive a refund. You must then send the following at your own expense:

• The product in intact commercial condition
  (labels must not be removed, packaging must be complete and undamaged, and the product must not have been used)
• The document received with your shipment
  (if you have lost the receipt / courier note or delivery slip, you may include a note in the package with your phone number and order number, which can be found in the confirmation email)
• Your name and bank account (IBAN)
  (this may be included as a note inside the package or sent via Viber, Skype, or email to lotsalert@gmail.com, specifying your order number)

After notifying us of your return and refund request, please send the above items without cash on delivery (COD) to the following processing address:

Your refund will be issued as soon as possible (usually within 7 days after we receive the products and confirm they are unused and in the required commercial condition) to the bank account you provided.

Important

For exchanges and returns, please ensure that all of the above conditions are met.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if products have:

• Damaged or torn packaging
• Removed clothing labels
• Been used
