The UV torch does not fluoresce wet urine puddles or potties. 3. It works best in the complete dark environment, the darker it is, the better it works. 4. Do not shine directly into the eyes and please keep the product away from your children. How to use: Exclude all natural light, turn on the UV light and point it to stains.
